The following information is provided for the purpose of resolving issues related to site login. Please read these FAQs thoroughly before contacting support.

I registered on the site. Where is my password?
|
You will automatically receive your password via email after you have clicked "Sign Up Now" button.

It has been several hours and I still have not received my password via email. What is the problem?
|
There can be several problems:
- Your password has been sent and it has been misdirected to your Junkmail folder by your spam filter. Please look for email from ApexSQL.com to ensure that did not happen or click "Forgot Login" button to retrieve login credentials.
- You incorrectly typed your email when you registered. The email was sent but it was sent to the incorrect email address. Please re-register with correct email address.
- Your company email is blocking email from ApexSQL mail server via use of White Lists or incorrect block by such software as SpamCop.
- The login form requires cookies. If your browser does not support cookies you will not be able to successfully login. Please ensure your browser supports cookies.
- We may have experienced temporary server problems and your registration might not have been accepted in our database. Please try again.
- We may be experience delays on our mail server or your mail server may be experiencing delays. Such delays are usually resolved in a few hours.
If problems persist contact support@apexsql.com to manually retrieve your credentials.

I click "Forgot Login" to retrieve my login credentials but my password wasn't sent to me. What is the problem?

In most cases users who experience problems with this feature have never registered on this site. Please attempt to register. Unless you get a warning "Sorry, a user with that username already exists." your email address wasn't in the system previous to this latest attempt.
If your email WAS already in the system please ensure you have correctly typed the email address in the "Forgot Login" form.

I already registered with User Id and Password when I purchased the software? Why do I have to log in again?

If you purchased online via Shareit you may have opted to register on Shareit's website to facilitate future purchases, retrieve order details and otherwise enjoy a faster, future purchase experience with Shareit. Apex SQL website maintains a separate login system independent from Shareit and the credentials you entered for Shareit will not work on Apex SQL website. Please register as a new member on Apex SQL Website.

Your website is not accepting my User Name and Password.

Please confirm the exact credentials used to log into the website using the "Forgot Login" feature which will send you your credentials. If you experience problems with this feature please see the Forgot Login FAQ.
In some cases user are attempting to login with credentials obtained from Shareit. If you suspect this is the case please read following FAQ and then attempt a new registration.

When attempting to activate my membership I get "There is a problem activating your membership ...".

This is a browser related issue that is occasionally experienced by some users. To resolve it - email us (at support@apexsql.com) your User Name or Email address. We'll activate your membership manually and give you a confirm when it's complete. Please allow for 1-2 hours turnaround during normal business hours M-F Eastern Time.

I am still experiencing problems - how do I contact support?

After you have reviewed all of the relevant FAQs on this page and still have not identified the problem, please email support@apexsql.com with the following information :
- Exact nature of the problem - i.e. I have not yet received my password after 2 hours.
- Email address used to login.
- User Name and Password - if you have them.
- Steps taken to resolve the issue. i.e. I attempted to reregister but got "Sorry, a user with that username already exists." message.
You should get a prompt response to your email.
