Yes, under export settings there are import and export button that can be used for sharing settings
Yes, row filtering is done in row tab in the manage import window. Currently two types of row filtering is available: using range or using where clause
Yes, ApexSQL Pump support pre and post script execution both from T-SQL query and script file
Yes, under the export settings there is a preview button that shows preview based on settings
